Step 1: Managed inspection
When you send your tools for RE•NEW Reconditioning, they will undergo a managed inspection, and in most cases renewing is more economical than investing in new tools - saving you both money and resources.
The optimised process, many years of experience and latest technology are just three factors that guarantee superior tool maintenance.
STEP 2: RECONDITIONED TO ORIGINAL GEOMETRIES
We regrind all tools in accordance with the original geometries and/or norms. The RE•NEW Reconditioning instructions are developed and maintained centrally which means that all CNC controlled machines use the exact same machining data. The result is an extreme accuracy and repeatability of original geometries - each time.
Step 3: The right surface treatment
Coating can boost tool performance, prolong tool life, and reduce scrapping in your production. Therefore, it is essential for your productivity that your coated tools are re-coated when they have been regrinded to restore the original geometries.
Step 4: The right packaging
When your tools have been regrinded in our RE•NEW department and now perform as new, we make sure that you receive them in the best possible condition.
Our packaging has been developed to protect your tools during transportation. It is also a perfect way of storing your tools when they are not in use.

Customised to fit your needs
Your tools will normally go through the standard RE•NEW Reconditioning and coating processes, if ordered. Any special requirements for one-off jobs or fixed special agreements for certain tool types will be managed through our computer system to ensure that your orders are always processed correctly.
