For an outstanding cut: Kyocera's industrial precision knives at the ICE Europe 2022

From March 15th-17th, Kyocera will introduce innovative cutting tool solutions in Munich, Germany.
Following a successful appearance in 2019, Kyocera will exhibit their products again this year at ICE Europe the world’s leading trade fair for converting industry.
The industrial precision knives are used in cutting and slicing processes of all kinds. The products are characterised by exceptional hardness and durability.
Kyocera is introducing its original developments like the FW35 (Super Micro-Grain Carbide with high durability). It does not generate any burrs, dust or particles during the cutting operation. The application is in the cutting process for functional polymer films. The palette of tools consists of gang knives, Gabel round knives, slitter scorer blades and plate knives.
As a part of industrial knives, Kyocera is presenting ultrasonic knives which are ideal for cutting soft, porous, and unstable materials. Using ultrasonic there is no risk of deformation of the products. These tools offer high precision in a wide range of workpiece material range.
The tools are available as standard, but the use case in the special made area is the specialty of Kyocera.
