Reduce – Reuse – Resource

Sustainability should be practical, measurable, and integrated into everyday life.

Our Approach:
Reduce – Reuse – Resource

Sustainability should be practical, measurable, and an integrated part of everyday life. That’s why we work with a simple, action-oriented three-step model.
These pillars form the foundation for how we drive progress – without compromising on quality or competitiveness.

Pillar 1: Reduce

We actively work to reduce unnecessary energy and resource consumption across the entire organization.
Through smarter solutions, equipment optimization, and system upgrades — for example, switching to LED lighting and lowering pressure in cooling systems — we create operations that are both more efficient and more sustainable. In doing so, we combine innovation and responsibility in our effort to make a positive difference for the environment — today and in the future.

Pillar 2: Reuse

We reuse energy and materials across our operations, including by capturing excess heat from machines and processes. This helps us reduce both energy consumption and reliance on external resources.

Through our RE•NEW Reconditioning-concept, we also give tools a new life for our customers and extend the lifespan of materials. The result: less waste, fewer new purchases, and a more efficient use of resources already in circulation.

Pillar 3: Resource

We continuously work to reduce our climate footprint by choosing materials and energy sources with a lower environmental impact. In practice, this means phasing out wooden and plastic packaging in favor of cardboard and transitioning our transport fleet, gradually replacing diesel and petrol vehicles with electric ones. The transition is happening gradually and is prioritized in the countries where charging infrastructure and the electricity mix support the greatest climate impact. In Denmark, we expect that the majority of our company cars will be electric vehicles by 2028 at the latest.

On the energy side, we are steadily increasing the share of our own renewable energy, including from our solar park, and electrifying more of our processes where it makes both technical and environmental sense.
Our approach is simple: we focus on concrete, measurable improvements that reduce our climate footprint and create everyday value — without promising more than we can document.

Together, we develop solutions that address both business needs and climate challenges

Our approach makes it possible to work towards solutions with a lower climate footprint — without compromising on quality, performance, or reliability.
In addition, we combine innovation, efficiency, and responsibility, enabling our customers to support the green transition with solutions that strengthen their business and contribute to more sustainable development — for example, through our RE•NEW Reconditioning Concept.
