EasyCut
EasyCut
Whether you are machining wood based materials such as laminated veneer, MDF or solid wood, EasyCut will optimise your cutting quality and thus decrease your post processing.
The EasyCut technology can be carried out for profile tooling as well as straight-edge tooling.
Ueven tooth dividing
The EasyCut technology is based on the idea of uneven tooth dividing. Most material will be removed by the roughing tooth, followed by the surface setting finish tooth.
The distance between the roughing and the finish tooth is determined by the feed speed and tolerances.
Contact our experienced consultants and they will advise you on choosing the best solution for the task.
Phone 0045 97 14 14 11 or email wood@kyocera-unimerco.com.
