Optimum performance

Plain knives, circular knives and serrated knives are made of hardened alloy steel or carbide with special features for minimizing corrosion and optimizing the cutting properties.

The cutting geometry is optimized according to the cutting task, and the knives can e.g. be delivered with:

• plain cutting edge
• wavy cutting edge
• serration
• slits
• notches

Beyond this, you may choose special treatments or coatings, which further optimize the knife to your specific cutting task.
