Commitment and community

Buildings, management style and reward structure, combined with the informal tone in our flat organization, all contribute to a pleasant and motivating working day.

On top of this come a number of initiatives creating a sense of community and well-being, during working hours as well as in leisure time.

One option is to participate in one of the many staff clubs, which are supported by Kyocera Unimerco but formed on the initiative of and controlled by the employees themselves.

There is something for everyone – for example a golf club, a running club, a wine/gastronomy club and a multimedia club.
