To meet market demands for further development of new technology in the international woodworking industry, aggregates are an essential topic for Kyocera Unimerco.

To have full exploitation of the CNC-centers with at least 4 axis, aggregates cannot be avoided. Today all types of aggregates have been developed for sawing, milling or drilling.

A lot of circumstances must be considered to have best possible solution, such as:

• Material to be machined
• Thickness of material
• Process time
• Tooling diameter
• Machine connection
• Max turning circle
• Space in tool changer
• Max motor kW
• Spindle revelations
• Shank diameter
• Max length of aggregate incl. tool and max weight of same
