CA410K/CA415K
CVD coated carbide grades for cast iron machining applications.
Introduction
With these black and gold coloured tough carbide inserts, you will achieve drastically extended tool life and stable machining of cast iron. CA410K and CA415K are CVD coated inserts developed for high stability and high-efficiency machining in a wide range of applications. The combination of coating and carbide substrate results in a very strong turning insert that is more resistant to delamination and wear. Grades CA410K is 1st choice for high-speed continuous machining and CA415K for stability in interrupted – heavily interrupted machining.
